Friday, February 28, 2025 — President University (Presuniv) held a seminar titled Artificial Intelligence (AI): Policy, Regulation, and Impact on Indonesian Legal Practices at the Fabrication Lab (Fablab), President University Convention Center (PUCC), Jl. H. Usmar Ismail, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang. The seminar featured Titi Maria Rusli, Legal Director and Corporate Secretary at PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk.

During her session, Titi explained that AI development had already reached various sectors, including law. While some AI tools could assist with legal tasks, she firmly believed that AI could not replace human experts. “AI is just a tool created to help us, not to replace us,” she emphasized.

Titi highlighted the importance of developing critical thinking skills, especially in the legal field. “AI can still make mistakes, which is why legal experts remain essential.
