At the Creators Lab x Genmatic event held on June 30, 2025, at President University, Irene Umar, Deputy Head of the Indonesian Creative Economy Agency and an alumna of President Universityโs Economics Department, delivered an inspiring speech highlighting the crucial role of digital technology in economic development. She emphasized that the younger generation now has a tremendous opportunity to improve the economy through digital platforms. According to her, Genmatic is not merely a training program but a strategic initiative by the Ministry of Creative Economy designed to shape professional content creators and affiliates. The program teaches strategies for creating engaging content while generating real income from digital activities.
Irene also encouraged participants to go beyond being passive social media users and instead become active contributors to the digital economy.
