Friday, 25 September 2026 — The Internship and Career Center (ICC), President University, held an Exclusive Campus Hiring with PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk at the Charles Himawan Auditorium, 5th floor, Building A, President University Main Campus, Jababeka City. The session featured Sovia Sola Gratia, Talent Acquisition Lead at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk, and her team, who introduced students to the bank’s recruitment process and preparation for internship and employment opportunities.

The session included a simulation of the Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD), one of the stages participants may encounter when applying for internship or employment opportunities at Bank Mandiri. Through the simulation, students had an opportunity to experience a recruitment assessment and understand how to prepare for similar selection processes.

The campus hiring also provided students with practical guidance on preparing for recruitment and developing the skills and professional readiness needed to enter the workplace. Through direct interaction with the Bank Mandiri recruitment team, students gained a better understanding of what to expect during the hiring process.
