Friday, 8 May 2026 — President University held the President University Global Leadership (PUGL) session titled “From Engineer to an Entrepreneur” at the Fabrication Lab (FabLab), President University Convention Center, President University Main Campus, featuring Harry Aprianto Kissowo, familiarly known as Harry Kiss, Founder of V8sound.com.
In his sharing session, he encouraged students not to limit themselves and to continuously learn, research, and innovate beyond their technical studies. He emphasized that engineers should not only focus on being technicians but should also develop entrepreneurial thinking, communication skills, and networking abilities.
Harry stated, “Don’t limit yourself. As long as you can keep learning, let others sleep while you do research. For example, I can build a better microphone than this.” He also added, “Don’t just go to school without experience and then talk about wisdom.”
He further highlighted the importance of networking and sales, saying, “Networking, selling, whatever you are doing now,” and reminded students that engineers should evolve into creators and entrepreneurs, not remain only as technical workers.
