Monday, 6 April 2026—President University held the President University Halal Bihalal at the Charles Himawan Auditorium, 4th floor, Building A, President University Main Campus, Jababeka City, Bekasi, in conjunction with the celebration of Eid al-Fitr.
During the event, Handa Abidin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., Rector of President University, encouraged the academic community to continuously support the university’s development through prayers and collective effort. He expressed hope that all study programs at President University will achieve “Unggul” accreditation status and that the university’s ongoing QS initiatives will further strengthen its position nationally.
He also emphasized the importance of English proficiency as a key factor that directly impacts students and alumni, particularly in building global networks and supporting career success. He stated, “The use of English in the classroom is one of President University’s core strengths and needs to be upheld consistently.”
In addition, he encouraged lecturers who have not yet achieved professorship to continue striving, noting that President University has recently welcomed three new professors and hopes to see more in the future.
