During the inauguration ceremony of Global Lounge Sahabat at President University on June 15, 2025, several notable figures from Indonesia and Korea extended their heartfelt congratulatory remarks. S.D. Darmono, founder of President University, praised the initiative as a step toward building deeper global ties. He was followed by Dr. Gatot, General Director from the Ministry of Education, and Dr. I Wayan Dipta, Former Vice Minister of Cooperatives and SMEs, who both commended the university's role in fostering innovation and cooperation.

International guests also shared their thoughts, including Mr. Jong-Heon Kim, President of the Korean Association in Indonesia and CEO of Mugunghwa Distribution, and Mr. Lee Jang-Hee from KOTRA Jakarta Office. Their presence highlighted the strong Indonesia–Korea partnership behind this initiative.
