On 23–24 August 2025, Batch 2025 students were officially welcomed at the President University Convention Center (PUCC), where they took part in a series of activities including registration, LinkedIn photo sessions, and the fitting and distribution of almamater jackets. Receiving the almamater was a proud moment for the students, as it symbolizes their official entry into the President University community and their new identity as part of the campus family.

After completing the agenda at PUCC, the students moved into their chosen dormitories: Student Boarding House (SBH), New Beverly Hills (NBH), or Monroe. These residences will serve as their homes for the next year, becoming the place where they start building friendships, sharing experiences, and adapting to independent campus life. Moving in marked an exciting transition, as students carried not only their belongings but also dreams and ambitions for the future.
