The Internship & Career Center (ICC) at President University has intensified its employability program, rolling out a structured series of workshops and one-to-one clinics that help both students and alumni secure competitive roles before and after graduation. The initiative unites two core services—comprehensive interview coaching and expert support in crafting CVs, résumés, and cover letters—under a single, sustained framework. The interview component blends theory with practice. Participants attend a short seminar on contemporary hiring trends, then step into simulated interview sessions filmed for detailed feedback. “We focus on behavioral questions, industry-specific case prompts, and salary-negotiation techniques. Our goal is to transform nervous responses into concise, evidence-based answers that resonate with recruiters. Parallel to the coaching is the CV & Cover Letter Writing Lab, which leverages President University’s web-based Resume Builder. Career advisers guide attendees in quantifying achievements, selecting sector-appropriate keywords, and aligning narrative tone with role requirements. Each document is reviewed annually to keep pace with evolving industry standards.
