To better prepare students for the professional world, the Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Business, President University (Presuniv), in collaboration with the Internship and Career Center (ICC) Bureau, organized a guest lecture titled Career Development and Leadership in Hospitality. Held on Monday, 24 February 2025, the lecture featured Emi Ishii, General Manager of Resinda Hotel Karawang, as the speaker.

In her presentation, Emi emphasized the importance of discovering one’s passion in the workplace and how it adds deeper meaning to a career. “Finding your passion can transform your experience and make work feel more meaningful,” she stated. She also shared insights on overcoming challenges in the hospitality industry, including building confidence, adapting to dynamic changes, and developing effective leadership.
