On Wednesday, February 12, 2025, the Management Study Program, Faculty of Business, President University (Presuniv) hosted a guest lecture featuring Redhika A. Putri, an alumna of the 2023 batch, who is currently the Head of Human Resources (HR) at PT MAP Fashion. The event was held at the Fabrication Laboratory (Fablab), President University Convention Center (PUCC), Jl. H. Usmar Ismail, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang, was attended by Management students from various academic years.

During her presentation, Redhika highlighted the growing integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in HR processes, which has made work more efficient, fast, and effective. However, she acknowledged that AI adoption in HR is still relatively new for many companies, presenting unique challenges in its implementation. “Although AI enhances efficiency, many companies are still in the early stages of integrating it into their HR systems,” she explained.

Beyond AI, Redhika also discussed the importance of work-life balance in maintaining employee productivity and well-being. She noted that different companies implement various approaches, such as work from home (WFH) and work from anywhere (WFA) policies. However, achieving a true balance between work and personal life is not always easy, especially for those just starting their careers. “For new employees, finding the right balance between work and rest can be challenging. The key is adaptability—you need to first establish your work rhythm before you can achieve true balance,” she advised. (Graciella V, PR Team. Photo: Graciella V).
