Recently, President University (Presuniv) welcomed Assed Lussak, founder and CEO of Strategic Nexus, to discuss career opportunities in international communication. The event was held in Room A429, 4th Floor, Building A, Presuniv Campus, Jl. Ki Hajar Dewantara, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang. It was moderated by Muhammad Sigit Andhi Rahman, Ph.D., a lecturer from the International Relations Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Education, Presuniv. M. Raudy Gathmyr, S.Sos., M.Si., Head of the Communication Study Program at Presuniv, emphasized that listening and understanding others are key aspects of communication. He stated, “Communication is a fundamental daily need and essential for career growth. This makes learning about communication crucial for all students, not just those in the Communication Study Program.” Meanwhile, Assed highlighted that one promising international career path is becoming an international consultant. Given the diverse fields covered by international consulting firms, the demand for skilled professionals is high. However, Assed noted that students must pay attention to key factors if they aim to become international communication consultants. “Students need to stay updated on current trends, be proactive, and have confidence.
