Established in 2002, the  Faculty of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Manufacturing at President University is dedicated to developing future-ready technology professionals who can lead and innovate in the digital era. Our programs, including Informatics and Information Systems, are designed to provide a balanced education that integrates theoretical foundations with practical applications, ensuring our graduates are well-equipped to meet industry demands.


Our curriculum is meticulously designed to meet the evolving needs of the industry, adopting both theoretical and hands-on approaches to learning. This ensures students acquire the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the workplace. To facilitate an effective learning environment, classes are limited in size, and professionals from external institutions are often invited as guest lecturers to expose students to current industry practices.

He currently serves as Senior Manager of International Tax and Transaction Services (Transfer Pricing), leveraging his expertise to support multinational businesses in navigating complex international tax and transfer pricing matters.

Irene Umar

Irene Umar is an outstanding alumna of the Management Program at President University. With extensive experience in finance, investment, and social sectors through her roles at Standard Chartered Bank and W3GG, she currently serves as Vice Minister/Deputy Head of Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia.

Luo Xude (Paul Luo)

After graduating, he worked at several companies, gaining valuable insights before taking on his current role as Director at Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk. He now leads the company's strategic growth and development in the financial industry. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from President University.

Pham Van Vung
Pham Van Vung

With research interests in machine learning, deep learning, data analytics, and data visualization, Pham is a professor at Sam Houston State University, USA. He holds a B.Sc. in Information Technology from President University, an M.Sc. in Computer Systems Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.
