The presence of youth is now increasingly being taken more into consideration. With a variety of breakthroughs and bright ideas, young people become the agent of change that spread kindness to others and the environment. One of those inspiring young people is I Komang Triska Ananda Dilivianugraha Priantara, or better known as Nanda, an alumnus of International Relations President University batch 2016.

Nanda initiated Satupadu Indonesia movement in late 2019. With the tagline "To Connect, To Collaborate, To Change", Nanda explained, "This movement wants to connect various parties to collaborate to create more meaningful changes. The parties we aim to synergize with are the government, philanthropy, and society."

In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Nanda and his friends at Satupadu Indonesia acted to spread kindness by distributing healthy food packages, daily food packages, and PPEs to patients and medical teams in Bali.

Collaborating with Kitabisa.com, the distribution is held in batches. First, 700 ready-to-eat healthy food packages were given to the medical team as an appreciation and support in early April. In the same month, 2,500 hazmat suits, 11,000 gloves, and 5,000 medical masks were distributed to 11 COVID-19 referral hospitals in Bali.

Committed to expanding its reach, Satupadu Indonesia team continued to distribute 500 food packages and masks to Balinese people in need in the areas of Denpasar, Tabanan, Jembrana, Karangasem, and Gianyar. In addition, food packages are also addressed to the Bali Blind Community Foundation.

The latest one, Satupadu Indonesia delivered daily food packages and non-medical masks to indigenous villages in Bali, namely Besakih Village in Karangasem and Binyan Village in Bangli last week.

Nanda mentioned that their work has not finished yet. There are still many things that need to be done together to fight COVID-19. For this reason, he invites all young generation to rise up and contribute to handling the problems that arose as a result of this pandemic. (SL)
