As a protective measure against the spread of COVID-19, student service of Academic Administration Bureau and Finance Bureau closed their face-to-face service. All requests for documents related to graduation, internship or other teaching and learning activities will be served online.

To avoid face-to-face meetings, now students can submit their document requests through the President University Information System (PUIS) account. Yuseva, one of the education staff at the Academic Administrative Bureau said, "Students just need to log in to their account, then they can submit a statement letter of an active student, completion letter, clearance forms request, and others. For documents request that requires the approval of certain parties, instead of a wet signature, a screenshot of WhatsApp or an email can be acknowledged as the confirmation prove. We want to make it easier for students to fulfill their needs.”

Yuseva also mentioned that aside from PUIS, students can submit a document request or drop their questions via email aab_presuniv@president.ac.id.

Through her observation, Yuseva revealed that the need for academic transcripts and statement letter of active student are high considering some students will take part in an internship program in the following semesters. Also, many students who had just finished their thesis defense also requested for academic transcripts and completion letter to apply for jobs.

Meanwhile, the Finance Bureau will serve all activities related to finance through the email address finance@president.ac.id. In sending the email, students are expected to include their identity, requests in detail, as well as attachments if needed so that they can be served quickly and properly. (SL)

 


 

Biro Akademik Administrasi Dan Biro Keuangan President University Mengubah Seluruh Layanan Tatap Muka Menjadi Online

 

Sebagai langkah aktif mencegah penyebaran COVID-19, layanan mahasiswa dari Biro Akademik Administrasi dan Biro Keuangan menutup layanan tatap muka secara langsung. Baik itu permintaan dokumen terkait keperluann kelulusan, magang, atau kegiatan belajar mengajar lainnya, semua akan dilayani secara online.

Untuk menghindari pertemuan tatap muka, saat ini mahasiswa dapat mengajukan permintaan dokumen melalui akun President University Information System (PUIS). Yuseva, salah satu tenaga kependidikan di Biro Akademik Administrasi menjelaskan, “Tinggal log in ke akun masing-masing, mahasiswa dapat mengajukan surat aktif mahasiswa, surat keterangan lulus, clearance form, dan lain-lain. Untuk pengajuan beberapa dokumen yang memerlukan persetujuan pihak tertentu, lampiran konfirmasi dapat berupa screenshot WhatsApp atau email sebagai pengganti tanda tangan basah. Intinya, kami ingin mempermudah mahasiswa.”

Yuseva juga menyebutkan bahwa selain melalui PUIS, mahasiswa dapat mengajukan dokumen atau mengajukan pertanyaan melalui email aab_presuniv@president.ac.id.

Melalui pengamatannya, Yuseva mengungkapkan bahwa permintaan dokumen oleh mahasiswa saat ini sangat tinggi mengingat beberapa mahasiswa yang akan mengikuti program magang di semester-semester selanjutnya membutuhkan surat keterangan aktif mahasiswa. Selain itu, mahasiswa yang baru saja menyelesaikan sidang skripsinya juga banyak yang meminta transkrip nilai dan surat keterangan lulus untuk melamar pekerjaan.

Sementara itu, Biro Keuangan akan melayani segala kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan keuangan melalui alamat email finance@president.ac.id. Mahasiswa diharapkan dapat menyertakan identitas lengkap, permohonan yang diajukan secara detail, serta bukti lampiran jika diperlukan sehingga dapat langsung dilayani dengan cepat dan baik. (SL)
