Cikarang, Indonesia—President University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with FinanceX, a blockchain company built by two alumni of President University from Vietnam at Charles Himawan Auditorium (28/9) and signed by the Rector of President University, Dr. Jony Oktavian Haryanto, S.E., M.M., M.A and Henry Ng (Co-Founder and CTO of FinanceX). The MoU covers collaboration on supporting new start-ups in blockchain for students, project funding, transfer knowledge, and employment and internship opportunity. The event was attended by alumni of President University, Peter Dinh (Co-Founder and CEO of FinanceX), and Hendra Irawan Putra Tambak (Co-Founder and CEO of PT Intrex Global Logistindo), and also Ir. Dwi Larso MSIE, Ph.D  (Vice Rector for Academics President University).

At the same occasion, FinanceX and PT Intrex Global Logistindo held a seminar titled “Blockchain Technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution” attended approximately 150 students at Charles Himawan Auditorium.  Peter Dinh explained the how blockchain is made and the high demand of blockchain developer is growing.

“As President University alumni, we want to contribute to our campus. We want to educate and train people on blockchain, firstly by online learning. We also have fund for student’s start-ups, and opportunity to join our on going projects.  I used to be a student here and what I really appreciate from President University is they try to bring new technology and the new trend of industry to students so they can be ready when they graduate. That is why we want to introduce blockchain technology now because I believe in the next 2 or 3 years it is going to be a booming technology and anything related to blockchain is going to be huge,” said Henry Ng.

Furthermore, FinanceX and  PT Intrex Global Logistindo have also held another discussion on the same topic with lecturers of President University at President Executive Club, Cikarang.


Cikarang, Indonesia—President University menanda tangani Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dengan FinanceX, perusahaan blockchain yang didirikan oleh dua alumni President University yang berasal dari Vietnam di Charles Himawan Auditorium (28/9) dan ditanda tangani oleh Rektor President University, Dr. Jony Oktavian Haryanto, S.E., M.M., M.A dan Henry Ng (Co-Founder and CTO of FinanceX). Kerja sama tersebut mencakup kerja sama dalam mendukung start-up baru di bidang blockchain untuk mahasiswa, pendanaan proyek, transfer pengetahuan, dan kesempatan kerja dan magang. acara tersebut dihadiri oleh alumni President University Peter Dinh (Co-Founder and CEO of FinanceX), dan Hendra Irawan Putra Tambak (Co-Founder and CEO of PT Intrex Global Logistindo), serta also Ir. Dwi Larso MSIE,Ph.D (Wakil Rektor Bidang Akademik President University).

Pada acara yang sama, FinanceX dan  PT Intrex Global Logistindo juga menyelenggarakan seminar yang berjudul “Blockchain Technology in the 4th Industrial Revolution” yang dihadiri setidaknya 150 mahasiswa di Charles Himawan Auditorium. Peter Dinh menjelaskan mengenai bagaimana blockchain dibuat serta menyampaikan tingginya perminta untuk developer blockchain saat ini.

“Sebagai alumni President University, kami ingin berkontribusi untuk kampus. Kami ingin mendidik dan melatih mahasiswa di bidang blockchain, sebagai awalnya dengan online learning. Kami juga mempunyai dana untuk start-up mahasiswa dan kesempatan untuk bergabung dalam proyek-proyek kami. Saya pernah menjadi mahasiswa disini dan yang saya kagumi dari President University adalah mereka selalu teknologi baru dan tren baru industri ke mahasiswa supaya mahasiswa siap ketika lulus nanti. Inilah mengapa kami ingin memperkenalkan blockchain technology sekarang karena saya yaki 2 atau 3 tahun kedepan blockchain akan booming dan apapun yang terkait blockchain akan menjdi besar,” ungkap Henry Ng.

Selanjutnya, FinanceX dan  PT Intrex Global Logistindo juga menyelenggarkan diskusi dengan tema yang sama dengan para dosen President University di President Executive Club, Cikarang.
