Continue ReadingCikarang, Indonesia—In commemorating Kartini’s Day which fall in April 21, President University Student Housing (PUSH) held a ceremony in PUSH area, Cikarang (17/4). There were 50 people attended the ceremony with all women staffs worn Kebaya (Indonesian traditional cloth), the one Kartini used to wear. The ceremony aimed to reminisce the spirit of sacrifice and Kartini’s effort to make women have equal rights with men.

The agreement was signed by Gulf Province Governor Christopher S. Haiveta and President University Rector, Dr. Jony Oktavian Haryanto, S.E., MM., M.A. The agreement covers scholarships for 30 outstanding students from Gulf Province to study at President University.

The seminar that was held at D'Khayangan, Jababeka City, Cikarang, Bekasi, was attended by more than 60 students of President University. Speaker in this seminar is Dr. Iman Permana, HR practitioner from PT Mattel Indonesia.
Continue ReadingMonday (16/4), President University received a visit from Morobe Province of Papua New Guinea. The visit led by Ginson G. Saonu, Governor of Morobe province and accepted by Handa S. Abidin, S.H., LL. M., Ph.d., Vice Rector for Communications and Partnership of President University. "The government of Morobe province would like to obtain information, specifically the partnership program for students from Papua New Guinea who want to study in President University," said Ginson G. Saonu. Previously, many students from Morobe province chose to study in Australia and some countries in Asia. Geographic proximity between Papua New Guinea and Indonesia become one of the reasons for sending their student to President University.
