Bekasi, Indonesia—One of Electrical Engineering Student of President University batch 2016, Christoforus Williem Deo Lumoindong was awarded Best Presenter predicate in the Seminar Nasional Energi dan Teknologi (SINERGI) which was held in Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi (9/5). In this seminar, he presented a paper on the prototype of pet robot which has an additional function as fire extinguisher named CoFiBot.

Christy defeated 14 other grand finalists after passing through several stages of selection and quarantine.

The Darmasiswa program has been conceptualized and designed to train young people from different countries aimed at enhancing a mutual understanding and offering a stronger cultural connection among countries through learning Art, Bahasa Indonesia and the Indonesian culture. During the period of May 5 - 7, 2018, it was my honor to be part of the Darmasiswa Closing Program 2017/2018 as a scholar under this program at President University. This gave me a deep sense of satisfaction that the Darmasiswa Program is culturally fascinating and a learning experience– to put it bluntly, I am truly flattered.

Cikarang, indonesia—The reconciliation effort between North and South Korea happened recently has become world’s top headline. This historical act generates public curiosity regarding the reason behind it. On Monday (15/5), President University invited An Kwang Il, the Ambassador of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea) to Indonesia in a general lecture themed “Peace in the Korean Peninsula” which was held in Charles Himawan Auditorium President University, Cikarang. The lecture provides a platform for students to discuss the current situation between North and South Korea.
