"We want to recruit candidates who are creative, disciplined, careful, able to communicate well, dare to appear in front of the camera and are able to make presentations." Those are the candidate criteria presented by Yenni, Marketing Manager of Grasia Care, in the Virtual Internship & Career Fair (VICF) 2022, on Thursday (3/11). VICF is an event organized by the Bureau of Internship & Career Center (ICC), President University (Presuniv), to bring together companies with students or graduates who need an internship or are looking for work. Present on the occasion were Hendry KA, Director of Grasia Care.
Grasia Care was only present a year ago and is engaged in the healthcare business. "Our company connects the community with clinics, hospitals, insurance companies and other health services," said Yenni. As a new company, Grasia Care recruits many young people. "Most of our employees are young, 22-27 years old," she said. At the VICF event, Grasia Care offers students opportunities for internships and employee recruitment for new graduates.
