What's happening in PresUniv
Dr. Ir. Farida Komalasari, MSi., a lecturer in the Business Administration Study Program, President University (PresUniv), spoke at the recent workshop titled Pilot of Staff Training Workshop for Leadership Management Development Program (LMDP), Thursday (14/7). This workshop was organized by the Indonesian Higher Education Leaders Consortium (iHiLead) in a hybrid way, 11th-15th July 2022, at Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), Yogyakarta. In this workshop, Farida delivered two presentations, firstly Managing Resources - Financial Resources and secondly Managing of Change and Risks.
The first presentation from Farida was aimed at providing knowledge as how to maintainenough supply of funds for the organization; ensuring that the shareholders of the organization to get a good return on their investment; optimum and efficient utilization of funds; creating real and safe investment opportunities. After finishing delivering the first presentation, Farida invited the participants to discuss these topics in a group session. Meanwhile, the second course aimed to describe the theoretical foundations of change management and identify the range of change situations that organizations could face.
Other PresUniv lecturers who also attended this works hop were, namely Dr. Dra. Fennieka Kristianto, S.H., M.H., M.A., M.Kn., Vice Recto for Resources, Andi Ina Yustina, M.Sc., CMA, lecturer in Accounting, Adhi Setyo Santoso, ST., MBA., lecturer in Business Administration, and Ihsan Hadiansah, S.E., M.SM., lecturer in Business Administration. Ihsan revealed that there were many insights to be obtained from this workshop, especiallyon how to carry out leadership development training for higher education management.
