What's happening in PresUniv
The Consortium of Indonesia Higher Education Leaders (iHiLead) held a hybrid workshop titled Pilot of Staff Training Workshop for Leadership Management Development Program (LMDP), from the 11 th-15th July 2022 at the Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), Yogyakarta. This workshop is one of a series of activities carried out by iHiLead, a consortium consisting of seven Indonesian universities and three universities from the European Union. The Indonesian member universities are President University (PresUniv), Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Universitas Islam Indonesia, Universitas Brawijaya, STIE Malangkucecwara, Universitas Negeri Semarang, dan Universitas Padjajaran. Meanwhile, the three foreign universities are the University of Gloucestershire from the United Kingdom, the International School for Business and Social Studies (ISBSS) from Slovenia, and the University of Granada from Spain.
This consortium is supervised by the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology, Ministry of Education and Culture. This program aims to develop a leadership school module for prospective university leaders. The existing modules will be tested by every lecturer and education staff who are participants in the program. In these workshops, two PresUniv lecturers will be presenters, namely Dr. Dra. Fennieka Kristianto, S.H., M.H., M.A., M.Kn., Vice Rector for Resources and Dr. Ir. Farida Komalasari, M.Sc., lecturer in Business Administration, PresUniv
Fennieka will present on two issues at the event. Firstly, Fennieka with Prof. Setiawan Purnomo from Universitas Brawijaya will deliver material on managing resources which include infrastructure, human resources, and financial resources. Furthermore, Fennieka and Farida will deliver material on managing change which will introduce the framework for change in higher education and they will present case studies, training programs, and other group presentations.
