What's happening in PresUniv
Thursday (9/6), President University (PresUniv) team visited the Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia (FoEUI), Depok, West Java. The delegation from PresUniv consisted of Dr. SD Darmono, founder of PresUniv; Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Susilo Soepandji, DEA, Chair of the President's University Education Foundation; Rector of PresUniv, Prof. Dr. Chairy; Handa S. Abidin, S.H., LL.M., Ph.D., Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs; Dr.-Ing. Erwin Parasian Sitompul, S.T., M.Sc., Dean of the Faculty of Engineering (FoE) PresUniv; and heads of study programs and lecturers of FoE PresUniv.
The PresUniv delegation was received by the FoEUI deans, namely Prof. Dr. Heri Hermansyah, ST., M.Eng., IPU, Dean of FoEUI; Prof. Dr. Ir. Yanuar, M.Eng., M.Sc., Vice Dean for Education, Research and Student Affairs; Prof. Ir. Mahmud Sudibandriyo, M.Sc., Ph.D., Deputy Dean for Resources, Ventures and General Administration; FoEUI department heads; and other ranks.
This visit is to follow up to the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) conducted in 2019 and to explore further opportunities for cooperation between FoEUI and PresUniv regarding synergies with industry. The team was fortunate to also experience the Electric Vehicle (E.V.) Bus which FoEUI lecturers and students created. This E.V. Bus is assembled in Demak and just arrived two days ago at UI. This visit also included a podcast and a visit to Integrated Creative Engineering Center.
