Wednesday (20/4), the 2022 Virtual Internship Career Fair (VICF) is back. At this event, the Internship & Career Center (ICC), President University (PresUniv), again invited PT Zhongtsing New Energy, a subsidiary of CNGR. Two speakers from Zhongtsing New Energy were present, namely Asik Hanita MBA, Talent Acquisition, and Tiara Ernesto Teiji, Recruitment Officer. CNGR supplies 500 international companies. "More and more industries are using new energy and, we have become their supplier. So, a career at CNGR is the right choice. Sales of our new energy products will reach 18 million units by 2025 because the demand is very high," explained Hanita.

In another session, Tiara shared tips on making a CV clear and user friendly for the recruiters. Tiara explained, nine points must be considered, namely the subject of the email (cover letter), the body of the email should contain a brief biodata of the applicant as well as showcasing the applicants achievements and briefly explaining the applicant's background, using English in the CV and the body of the email, avoiding typos, attaching the latest photos and files PDF form including skills and achievements and last but not least make the CV as attractive as possible. Tiara's advice for applicants who will participate in an interview is, "Attitude is number one. Applicants who will appear unprepared at the interview will be marked down. Lack of preparation means that you are not respecting the company that you are applying to.
