Friday, 3 March 2023, two students from batch 2020 from the Business Administration Study Program, Faculty of Business, President University (Presuniv), Ida Made Sastra Wiranata and Wizqi Parhan Guphoni, had the opportunity to undertake an internship at the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) in Ho Chi Minh City, Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Their internship will run from early March to June 2023.
Said Ibnu Hadi, "This internship opportunity was possible due thanks to the support of the Indonesian Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, and others. In the future, I would like to see more Presuniv students undertaking internships at various Indonesian representative offices abroad, both at embassies and consulates." Ibnu Hadi was the Indonesian Ambassador to Vietnam from 2016-2020 and is now a lecturer at Presuniv. Ibnu hopes that the internship at the Indonesian Consulate General will provide an opportunity for these students to gain experience in conducting economic diplomacy as well as experiencing the atmosphere of living and working in a foreign country.
