Monday (16/1), the Communication Studies Study Program, President University (Presuniv), in collaboration with Media Indonesia, held a training event for ‘tough’ journalists. The activity was carried out to welcome Media Indonesia's 53rd anniversary. Presenting at the training event was Media Indonesia’s senior journalist Emir Chairullah, who is also a lecturer in the International Relations Study Program of Presuniv, Sumaryanto Media Indonesia photographer, Berlin Fridiary Content Creator Media Indonesia, and Mohammad Raudy Gathmyr, Head of the Communication Study Program The training activities were held on the 2nd floor of the President University Convention Center (PUCC) building at Jababeka Education Park, Cikarang, Bekasi.
Director of Reporting of Media Indonesia, Ade Alawi, reminded the importance of the resilience of journalists in every news coverage. “A journalist is not sensitive or carries feelings into his work. He must present accurate facts and be thorough in writing news," said Ade. Meanwhile, in his remarks, Raudy Gathmyr said, "Apart from enriching students' knowledge and skills, this activity will also enrich the Communication Study Program's network with the media industry, such as the Indonesian Media Group.
