MOU Signing between President University and International Design School (IDS) on April 06, 2010

On Tuesday, April 6, 2010, in the Epicentrum Walk Level 3, Kompleks Rasuna Episentrum, Jalan HR Rasuna Said, Setiabudi, South Jakarta, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) was signed. It is between International Design School (IDS) and President University.

The MOU was signed by the Rector of President University, Mr. Prof. Dr. Ermaya Suradinata, SH, MH, MS., and the Founder of International Design School, Mr. Andi S. Boediman. The Rector of President University, Prof DR. Ermaya Suradinata, SH, MH, MS in his speech, said that he believed the MOU will give mutual benefits to both parties. President University as an international university will develop competence skills in the international business communities through nurturing brand new identity together with Institute Design School (Digital Design; Graphic and Advertising Design; Digital Animation; Multi Media Animation; 3D Animation and Graphic Production; Leaderships; Entrepreneurships; Creative Environment).

He strongly believed that, business creative is all about the innovative skills and brand new identity. The students will get benefits if they can be much more specialized in Advertising, Digital Media, Broadcasting, Film Animation, Digital Photography, and 3D Animation). He believes President University will able to support Institute Design School (IDS) in developing international business innovation and national creative industries. President University delegation led by The Rector, and participated by Mr. Sendy Wijaya, MBA (Vice Rector III); Ms. Sumita Tobing, Ph.D (Dean Faculty of Communication); Mr. Yan Riadi (Head of Visual Communication Design Study Program); and Mr. Hendra Manurung (Head of Public Relations Study Program), meanwhile Institute Design School (IDS) delegation led by Mr. Andi S. Boediman; Mr. Arianto Bigman (Director); Mr. Surya; Mr. Rully; and Ms. Gerda (Director of Public Relations Affairs).

We live in a world that is explained by theories, and these theories are espoused in all that we read, listen, and see (via the medium of television, radio, on-line, digital graphic, and print). In fact, we are exposed to these theories from an early age, and are indoctrinated into them throughout the educational system.
