The President University Internship Program
One of the most unique and valuable aspects of attending President University is its first-rate internship program which is fully integrated into the curriculum. Every student at President University must complete 2 internships,. Due to President University’s location near Jababeka Industrial Park, home to over 1,300 local and multinational companies, as well as PU’s strong relationships with these and many other companies, PU can insure that each student finds an internship that matches their specific interests and needs.
Internships are both a learning and a work experience. Students are given hands-on projects that teach them practical skills while also having a real impact on the companies they work for. They will learn what is expected of a professional, and gain valuable insights into the working world that they could never learn in a classroom.
Since the internship program is an integral part of the PU curriculum, students are supported throughout by PU’s staff and faculty. As well as receiving advice and assistance from PU, students will also be evaluated on their performance throughout the internship. This ensures that students are never overwhelmed and will have a record of their accomplishments for future employers.
In today’s uncertain economic climate, businesses are increasingly reluctant to hire graduates fresh out of University without any job experience.
