Admissions Information for Foreign Students

STEP 1

Send the following to President University International Office :

-          A completed Application Form (download from www.president.ac.id)

-          A copy of all academic transcripts / qualifications (certified)

-          1 set photocopied passport with all pages + 1 set with personal  information

-          1 copy of passport size recent photograph (4 cam x 6 cm)

-          1 copy of completed Health Examination Medical Report Laboratory results,

Chest X-Ray film and report from medical centre in the country of origin

-          All documents must be submitted to President University in digital form

(soft copy) and send  to enrollment@president.ac.id

STEP 2

President University will send a conditional acceptance / offer letter indicating :

-          The program for which you are being considered

-          Any conditions for your admission

-          Initial payment

STEP 3

Upon approval of the visa approval letter (normally takes at least 60-90 days from the date of submission of visa application) remit the initial payment into President University account as stated in step 2

STEP 4

President University will send an official Letter of acceptance and visa approval letter

STEP 5

Apply to the nearest Indonesian High Commission/Embassy/Consulate for single entry visa before coming to Indonesia

STEP 6

Arrange with President University for accommodation and provide the following details for airport pickup :

-          Flight Name and Number

-          Date & Time of Departure from home country

-          Date & Time of arrival at Soekarno Hatta International Airport of Jakarta

-          Number of accompanying members

(may be required to take private transportation)

Note :

Airport pick up arrangement needs to be made 7 working days (Excluding Saturday & Sunday) before departure days. Please avoid coming on Saturday, Sunday, any Indonesian public holidays or late night.
