Cikarang, Indonesia — President University opens up a summer school opportunity for its student to experience studying at one of the top universities in the world, University College London (UCL). The registration will be open in May 2017 by the International Partnership Office. For joining this summer school, students need to fulfill the academic requirements and pass the interview session.

This program aims to develop the quality of education and to expand partnerships which are in line with the vision of President University, to be a world class university that produces leaders in their fields and communities.

President University students will have the privilege of cost reduction by 5% of the tuition fee. There will be two sessions; each session will run in 18 days start from July 3-21, and July 24-August 11. The tuition fee for one session is 1850 Pound sterling and 3300 Pound sterling for both sessions.

Participants are offered with a wide range of modules and able to choose the subjects that suit the most. Modules are taught on the Bloomsbury campus includes lectures, seminars, group work as well as excursions and field trips to areas of interest in London.

UCL is a global university with more than one-third students is international students coming from 150 countries. It was founded in 1826 and is ranked seventh in the world’s top ten universities by QS World University Ranking in 2016.

“We have many cooperations with universities around the world, but by having a cooperation with one of the top universities in the world such as UCL is prestigious. I hope we can learn from UCL in term of collaboration so that it could boost our reputation and escalate the existed programs,” said Hanif Widyanto, Director of International Partnerships. (SL)
