Thursday (5/8), become one of special moments in Sport Olympiad President University (SOPU) 2018. Held in basketball’s arena of President University, the audiences were so enthusiastic to watch all cheerleadance teams competed. Cheerleadance teams who came from various majors were demonstrated dance and quick jump ability enthusiastically accompanied by the music.
"It’s more difficult being a judge in cheerleadance competition of SOPU 2018. All teams performed very well, energetic and enthusiastic even though the dance’s duration is quite long," said one of the judges.
The coach’s effort in preparing the best performance of cheerleadance teams for a year was "paid off" by the enthusiasm of the audience. Moreover, most of participants cried of happiness because of their successful performance. In SOPU 2018 the cheerleadance winners are, 1st: Internal Relation Study Program, 2nd : Communication Study Program, and 3rd : Management Study Program. (Esra Freswita)
Kamis (5/8) 2018 menjadi salah satu momen spesial dalam Sport Olympiad President University (SOPU) 2018. Berlangsung di lapangan basket President University, sorak-sorai penonton begitu antusias melihat tim cheerleadance yang berlomba. Tim cheerleader dari berbagai jurusan mempertunjukkan kebolehan gerakan loncat cepat dan dance dengan penuh semangat serta diiringi musik.
“Menjadi dewan juri kompetisi cheerleadance SOPU 2018 menjadi semakin sulit karena semua tim tampil dengan sangat baik, energik dan tetap semangat walaupun durasi dance cukup lama,” jelas salah satu dewan juri.
Jerih payah para pelatih dalam menyiapkan penampilan terbaik tim cheerleadance selama setahun “terbayar” oleh antusiasme penonton. Bahkan hampir semua peserta cheers menangis bahagia karena berhasil memberikan penampilan terbaik. Dalam kompetisi cheerleadance SOPU 2018 akhirnya terpilih pemenang Juara I : Program Studi Internal Relation, Juara II : Program Studi : Komunikasi dan Juara III : Program Studi Management.
