Sujana is a lecturer in business law area. He is a licensed lawyer and a member of Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (PERADI). He has been handling litigation cases in the general court, Religious Court, and Industrial Court. Besides the involvement in legal court procedures, he also gives legal services out of the court as a legal consultant and contract drafter. He is experienced in drafting contract of million dollars business transaction. He is practicing as a legal drafter coach as well. He has given training regarding the legislative making to the government’s staff and contracts drafting training for the legal staffs of a corporation, business practitioner, and university students. His focus of interests is intellectual property law, corporate law, and legal drafting.

Out of the legal professional occupation, He actively contributes to social and human development. He is a founder of Yayasan Pohon Pengharapan, a foundation focused on developing the quality of the retarded people in Indonesia by supporting fund for the children from the retarded community to join formal education as well as increasing the civilization and the quality of life of the community. Sujana speaks Indonesian as a native speaker, English fluently, passive level of French (Level A2 CEFR/ DELF A2), and beginner level of Spanish.
