Erny has 17 years of teaching, research and training, including 2 years as Head of Management Study Program and 6 years of Coordinator for HRM Concentration.

Erny's expertise is in Human Resources Management. However, she also teaches Management and Communication subjects for Business Students and as thesis advisor/examiner for bachelor students, especially Human Resources Management topics.
