• About 32 years of experiences in teaching and training in human development and research.
• About 30 years of experiences in administration as Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Director of Research and Community Service, Director of Continuing Education Unit, Head of Study Program, Head of the Graduate School of Management, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs.

My research interest would be on the Applied research in human development, leadership and family business. Currently conducting an exploratory research on the Succession Planning in Family Business in Indonesia
