VICF 2022: MR DIY Continues to Expand in the Midst of a Pandemic

The Bureau of Internship and Career Center (ICC), President University (PresUniv), held the 7th Virtual Internship and Career Fair (VICF), Monday (28/3). This time ICC hosted MR DIY Indonesia with speakers Lidwina Sonia, Talent & Organization Development, and Dedianto Turnip, Head of Human Resources, General Affairs and Customer Services. During the event, MR DIY explained how MR DIY had grown rapidly even during the pandemic. Additonaly, MR DIY also introduced programs PresUniv students and alumni could particapte in.

President Univ 20th Anniversary: Compliments and a Call for more Collaboration from the Government

President University (PresUniv) recently celebrated its 20th birthday, Saturday (26/3). Just like last year, this year's the celebrations took place in hybrid form, due to the ongoing  pandemic. However, the excitement was still palatable. Especially because of the addresses by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia, Nadiem Anwar Makarim, and the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of West Java Province, Setiawan Wangsaatmaja, who also wished PresUniv a happy birthday.

President University Major Association (PUMA) Mechanical Engineering held a webinar entitled Artificial Intelligence and Future Perspectives of Mechanical Engineering, Saturday (26/3). The webinar was presented by  Dr. eng. Sumadi Jien, working in the field of Automation of CAE modeling at Integral Technology Co.Ltd. He is an engineer with programming skills and the knowledge of mechanics, robotics, he designs and builds automation solutions in computer simulations to design automotive products, household appliances, and electronic devices.

President Univ and Ministry of Defense Hold Komcad Socialization Event

Military Reserves (Komcad) is one of the voluntary programs mandated by Law UU No. 23 tahun 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Nasional. Based on the UU, Komcad is a national reserve program whcich can be mobilize the reserves to enlarge and strengthen the capcaity of the Indonesian National Army (TNI). Komcad is divided into four sections: Komcad for human resources, Komcad for natural resources, Komcad for artificial resources, and Komcad for facilities and infrastructure. In order to support this program, President University (PresUniv) collaborated with the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemhan) to hold Komcad socialization event for PresUniv students, Wednesday (23/3).
