The Law Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, President University (Presuniv), had an online face-to-face conference with Pennsylvania State Law from Pennsylvania State University (PSU) on Wednesday, September 6, 2023. At the meeting led by the Head of the Law Study Program, Bayu Imantoro, SH, MH., also present was the Assistant Dean from Pennsylvania State Law, Stephen G. Barnes. The event was attended by dozens of Law Study Program students.
Continue ReadingThe government released Government Regulation in Lieu of Law (Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang or Perpu) No. 2 of 2022 on Job Creation for two reasons, Firstly, the Indonesian economy is still growing after the Covid-19 pandemic. Which is fantastic. Secondly, from an external standpoint, many countries' economies have yet to fully recover from the post-pandemic crisis. After Covid then came the Russian-Ukrainian war, which has exacerbated global economic difficulties. The government used this momentum to release the Job Creation Perpu, which aims to stimulate economic growth by encouraging investment in Indonesia.

Taking place in the Conference Room, Building A, Presuniv campus in Jababeka Education Park, Kota Jababeka, Cikarang, Bekasi, the agreement was signed by the Rector of Presuniv Prof. R. Chairy and Head of BPPSDM KKP RI Dr. I Nyoman Radiarta, S.Pi.M.Sc. Also present on this occasion was the Secretary of BRSDM KKP Dr. Rudi Alek Wahyudin, S.Pi, M.Si, Head of BRSDM KKP Training and Counseling Center Dr. Lilly Aprilya Pregiwati, S.Pi, M.Si, and several others. Meanwhile, Presuniv was also represented by the Vice Rector for Resources Maria Jacinta Arquisola, BA, MHRM, PhD, Head of the International Relations Study Program Drs. Muhammad A.S. Hikam, MA., Ph.D., Head of the Partnership Bureau Marissa Astika, and other staff.
