The rapid technology development has made business competition increasingly tight. The use of the internet and online platforms makes it easier for someone to do business. However, at the same time, it is a challenge for a businessman to think big and fresh in order to win the competition.

This fact encouraged the students of Management President University to hold a seminar entitled "Start Your Business In Digital Era" on July 12, 2019. Fajrin Aziz, the owner of PT. Iris Tri Drata, CV. Dagoes, and Pandahos Indonesia was present as the speakers to inspire young people to start their own business in the digital era.

"Do not be afraid to try. If we don't try, we will never know what risks and opportunities we will face," said Fajrin in the seminar held at the President University Auditorium.

He explained that fear of trying to do something new is the main reason why a business is not going anywhere. Of course, this courage must be accompanied by fresh and unique ideas that differentiate a business with other existing businesses. He further shared his experiences as a businessman to all the audiences.

The seminar committee hopes that through this seminar, participants can be inspired to start their own business and take advantage of existing rapid technology developments.

Teknologi yang berkembang pesat membuat persaingan bisnis menjadi semakin ketat. Penggunaan internet dan platform-platform online mempermudah seseorang untuk berbisnis. Namun, hal ini sekaligus menjadi tantangan untuk bersaing dan memunculkan ide-ide baru yang segar dalam berbisnis.

Fakta ini mendorong mahasiswa Manajemen President University untuk mengadakan seminar berjudul “Start Your Bussines In Digital Era” pada 12 Juli 2019. Menghadirkan Fajrin Aziz yang adalah pemilik PT. Iris Tri Drata, CV. Dagoes, dan Pandahos Indonesia, seminar ini ingin mengajak anak muda untuk berani memulai usaha nya sendiri di era digital.

“Jangan pernah takut untuk mencoba. Jika tidak mencoba, kita tidak akan pernah tahu resiko apa yang akan dihadapi,” ujar Fajrin dalam seminar yang diadakan di Auditorium President University ini.

Ia menjelaskan bahwa ketakutan untuk mencoba ini kemudian yang membuat sebuah bisnis itu tidak berkembang. Tentunya, keberanian ini harus disertai dengan ide yang segar dan berbeda dari bisnis yang sudah ada. Lebih lanjut ia menceritakan perjalanan bisnis yang saat ini ia jalani.

Panitia seminar berharap, melalui seminar ini, peserta dapat terinspirasi untuk memulai bisnis nya sendiri dan memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi yang ada.
