Cikarang, Indonesia— On Thursday (8/6), Dr. Jony O. Haryanto, Rector of President University and David Herman Jaya, Chairman of Paguyuban Sosial Marga Tionghoa (PSMTI) have signed an agreement for scholarship opportunities in President University. The event took place in President University, Cikarang and attended by 13 delegates of PSMTI and the Rectorates of President University.
President University and PSMTI will give approximately 44 scholarships for students from all over Indonesia. PSMTI will organize the dissemination and selection of the scholarship awardee.
After signing the cooperation, delegates of PSMTI visited President University Student Housing and Jababeka Golf to take a look for all the facilities available for students.
David Herman Jaya stated that PSMTI is pleased and welcomed President University’s offer to give scholarships. PSMTI will socialize and select the students from 34 provinces in Indonesia. He hopes that the cooperation will be effective next year to send the best students to study in President University.
“This cooperation aimed to give opportunity for the best students from all over Indonesia to study in President University with the cooperation of PSMTI”, said Jony. (SL)
