In IICIES, he presented a paper titled “Cross Cultural Communication: Factors in Promoting Propensity to Share for Japanese MNC’s in Indonesia”. He sees that despite the successes and benefits of MNC's existence, a number of issues are still frequently encountered as a result of cultural differences between members of the organization. These differences, if not addressed properly, will interfere workplace relationships, which will ultimately interfere the organization's daily activities.

Being held in Ibis Hotel, Bandung, IMSRIC provided a platform where researchers, professionals, academicians and industries to share and generate forum of the latest Business, Art, Social Science, Science, Engineering, Technology and related area of research and development.

Therefore, the purpose of his research are to identify the dominant factor of workplace relationship from the point of view of Indonesian for MNC from Japan operating in Indonesia, in this case in Jababeka industrial area, Bekasi.

“Through my research, I want to find a bridge that could make a better relationship in a Japanese MNC despite its cultural differences. I came up with two ways to overcome that, which are utilizing informal activities such as Independence Day competition and the use of informal language that could draw the members closer”, said Ienjo.

This is the third time he presented in the IPN conference. He has published two SCOPUS-indexed journals, one upcoming SCOPUS-indexed journal will be published, and 5 proceeding journals.

“Those papers are the result of my four years of research in a Japanese company.  I discovered many things that can be researched there, so I broke it down to make specific researches”, said Ienjo.

According to Ienjo, to keep producing scientific works, you have to start to think that writing and sharing ideas as a part of daily activities. An idea that is left unsaid will not be any benefits for others.

“I think my ideas will only be better if the others know about it. They will also be able to modifiy my ideas with their own”, Ienjo stated.(SL)

Salah satunya adalah International Conference on Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Small Business (IICIES) oleh School of Business and Management Institute of Technology Bandung (SBM-ITB), sementara yang lainnya adalah the 2nd Indonesia Multidisciplinary Studies Research International Conference  (IMSRIC) oleh International Postgraduate Network (IPN) Malaysia. Salah satu dosen dari Sekolah Bisnis di President University, Dr. Ir. B.M.A.S. Anaconda Bangkara, MT., MSM.

Di IICIES, ia mempresentasikan sebuah makalah berjudul “Cross Cultural Communication: Factors in Promoting Propensity to Share for Japanese MNC’s in Indonesia”.

Sedangkan di IMSRIC, ia mempresentasikan sebuah paper berjudul “Study of Workplace Friendship Factors in Indonesia’s Perspective for Japanese MNC in Indonesia”.
